Jake Gelinas grew up in New Hampshire, where his love of horses began through rides alongside his grandfather. From those moments, he realized he wanted to transform his passion for horses into a career. 

At just 16 years old, Jake began his path to becoming a seasoned horse trainer. He dedicated his time to the teachings of natural horsemanship. His passion took him across the country, where he sought wisdom from a variety of mentors in Texas. He had the privilege of working with Richard Winters, a world renown clinician, and other influential mentors. After gaining invaluable experience in Texas, Jake returned to his roots in New Hampshire, where his love for horses first began.

Today, Jake calls Newport, New Hampshire his home base, where he dedicates himself to the art of teaching and furthering his knowledge of natural horsemanship. His passion lies in creating the connection between students and their horses, empowering them to form partnerships grounded in mutual respect and understanding.
